2012	Gradara - 30° National Wines Competition “Bollino dell’Enohobby”. Enohobby Club of Malatestiani Hills gave the 3° prize in the sweet wines category to the wine Moscato d’Asti Spatuss DOCG 2011, the award Gran Menzione in the same category to the wine Moscato d’Asti Grandius DOCG 2011 and the award Distinzione to the wine Dolcetto d’Alba Donna in Pietra DOC 2010.

Awards:
DOCG Acknowledgment: D.P.R. November 29, 1993.
Vine: White Muscat DOCG (Controlled Denomination of Origin and Guarantee) at 100%.
Colour: Pale yellow or light golden yellow.
Bouquet: Typical of Muscat, marked but dainty.
Flavour: Typical of Muscat, moderately sweet.
Developed alcoholic content: 5,5% vol.
Alcoholic content: 12,5% vol degrees.
Total acidity: 5,5 – 6,5 gr. per thousand.
Producing area : Cossano Belbo, Rocchetta Belbo and Treiso.Piedmont (North west Italy).
Ageing: It is suggested to be drank young to enjoy its full aroma and fragrance.
Gastronomic suggestions : It is also a fresh, pleasant and dainty drink, ideal with sweets and desserts in general, in particular with fruit-cakes, jam tarts and stuffed cakes.
Wine tasting temperature: 6° – 8° C.
Preservation: Better if in bottles laying down in cool areas, away from the light.
Curiosity:the Moscato d’Asti DOCG Spatuss vintage 2009 and 2010 was awarded with many prizes, for example during the International Oenological Competition - Wine City - “Selezione del Sindaco”, the award “Douja d’Or” during the National Wines Competition “Douja d’Or” of Asti, during the National Wines of Gradara and during the 29° Regional Competition of Acqui Terme it received the most sought-after prize “Caristum” and in 2011 during the International Oenological Competition of Verona – Vinitaly and the Concours international du femmes e vins du monde in Monaco and it received the gold medal during the “Selezione del sindaco” International Competition.
