Wine characteristics:Displays a very straw
yellow colour with pale white reflections. The scent is fresh, fragrant and characteristic.
Taste: Tasty, well-balanced, typical.
Alcohol Content: 12,5 % vol.
Minimum total acidity: 5,5 – 6 gr. per thousand.
Optimal serving temperature: 4 – 6 C°.
Foam: slightly sparkling, lively and uniform.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal
in all occasions at the table or between meals.
Storage: In a cool room, away from light, to
be drunk young within the space of one year.
Note: In recent years the Sparkling Furmentin
Brut won many awards: for example the prize got during the National Sparkling exhibitions
of Valdobbiadene in 2009 and 2010.
